POCR Facilitator: Guided the Fall ’23 Online Teaching Certificate cohort.
ESL Workforce Coordinator: Restructured the English for Work program from one in-person class to four online classes, facilitating language skill development for workforce readiness.
Integrated Education & Training (IET) Coordinator: Mentored Career Education & ESL faculty to create CoP bridges for instructor and learner support.
Community Partnership Development: Forged partnerships with grocers Northgate and El Super to offer language upskilling programs for associates.
Curriculum Development Leadership: Led curriculum development projects, providing guidance to faculty and curriculum writers while staying within budget and deadlines.
Professional Development: Served as a part-time adjunct member of the SAC Professional Development Committee. Delivered PD workshops to faculty on best teaching practices.
Conference Cohost: 2022 and 2023 SAC SCE Student Success Conference.
Teaching Experience: Taught contextualized ESL courses for the pathway to CTE programs, spanning from Beginning Low to Advanced High levels, as well as various Digital Literacy courses for Career Education.
